„I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the Shoulder Center, and especially to Prof. Dr. med. F. Martetschläger.
He operated on my shoulder and I am more than satisfied not only with the medical outcome, but with the entire course of treatment. From the very first consultation, I felt I was in the best hands, both professionally and personally. Prof. Martetschläger takes his time, explains things clearly and comprehensively, and shows great empathy – this inspires confidence and reassurance, especially before surgery.
The operation itself went extremely well and the aftercare was structured, attentive, and very professional. I always felt that I was taken seriously – both in terms of my questions and my feelings.
A big thank you to the entire team – for their friendliness, good organization, and the all-round harmonious overall package.“

„When I fell off my bike, I injured my right shoulder so badly that I had no strength in my arm and could hardly move it.
Prof. Dr. Martetschläger diagnosed a transmural rotator cuff rupture of three tendons and a partial rupture of the LBS. Exactly one year ago today, I underwent surgery. Prof. Martetschläger assured me that he would be able to reattach all the tendons where they belonged. The food at the ATOS Clinic was excellent, and the clinic staff took great care to ensure my well-being.
One year after the surgery, my right shoulder is fully mobile again, pain-free, and the muscles have completely rebuilt themselves.
Thank you very much, Prof. Dr. Martetschläger, for your excellent surgery. I can only warmly recommend you and your clinic and am delighted to be able to ski again this winter season.“

He explained the results precisely and reassuringly, which gave me confidence in the healing process. The individually tailored treatment plan strengthened my confidence. I would also like to give special mention to his assistant, who was competent and friendly. She answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, which rounded off the overall impression perfectly. I will continue my treatment and can recommend him without reservation.“

„I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Martetschläger for the highly professional, prompt, and efficient surgery he performed on my humeral head fracture.
Dr. Martetschläger operated on me just one day after my initial consultation at his practice. Everything went smoothly—the entire team was excellent, as were the accommodations and care at the clinic. I was very impressed by the detailed documentation of the surgery and the discharge report with the follow-up treatment plan for the physical therapists, which was also very well received by them. I would also like to mention that I had no pain at any time after the surgery!
All in all: a blessing in disguise with this surgeon!“
